The Exotic English Bulldog is a dog that easily adapts, thanks to its easy-going temper, to the cohabitation with other dogs. However, the balance that the mother transmits to her puppies and the education and socialization gave first by the breeder and then by the owner-handler of the puppy are fundamental, so we suggest to only adopt dogs from professional and authorized breeders.

Because the passion we have towards these dogs wins on everything:

• We don’t keep our dogs closed in small cages but have real parks and running areas for various playtime and socialization activities, delivery rooms, medication rooms, insulated dog houses equipped with every comfort for our wonderful exemplars.
• We make them puppy learn its name immediately as well as some basic commands.

• Every puppy is weaned and educated by the mother that stays with the litter up to the 61st day of age to create a balanced and moderate temper.

If you want to come to visit us, just call and book an appointment with us via Whatsapp or phone. We only receive on appointment.

Call us anytime you prefer! If you live not very far from our breeding farm, we think it is a great idea to meet and get to know us and to visit our structure personally. You will have the chance to see personally all our exemplars and therefore both the parents of the puppies you are thinking about adopting; you will realize for yourself how incredible they are. Clearly, as already mentioned, before coming to visit us call to book an appointment!

When you will adopt your puppy, we will create a “group” with the application “Whatsapp” to keep in contact with each one of you! You might also add one or more members of your family to this group; this way we will all be in contact for any assistance and advice about the most suitable diet, the education, or any other need, especially during the first phase of post-adoption. It will also be a way of exchanging pictures, information or updates about the growth of your new companion.

How do you purchase a puppy from Exotic Bulldog House?

Simply click on the “PURCHASE NOW” button on the “PUPPIES” page and follow the instructions shown to proceed with the purchase. Considering the high number of requests, if the availability is finished, you will be able to proceed with the “RESERVATION” in the specific page dedicated.

Considering the high number of requests for our puppies, if there were no puppies available in the specific section we have created a very effective system that you can find in the specific sheets inside the “RESERVATIONS” page clicking on the “RESERVE NOW” button, that works in 3 phases:

Reservation of the puppy: it lasts from the moment of the publication of the mating’s playbill in the RESERVATIONS section of our website and lasts up to the 34th day after the puppy’s birth; it is confirmed through the payment of a 600 euros deposit.

Choosing the puppy: it happens according to the availability from the 35th day after the birth of the puppy to the 40th and it is done according to the reservation’s order (those who reserved first, can choose for first); it is confirmed through the payment of the second deposit of 400 euros.

Withdrawal of the puppy: happens after the 61th day from the birth of the puppy and is confirmed with the payment of any residual balance, according to the whole cost of every single puppy.

If you come to our puppy farm instead, without any reservation, after the 61th day from the birth and there happened to still be some available puppies, in case you wanted to proceed with the purchase you just have to pour the whole amount in a single act and then you will leave the farm with your new loyal companion.

As said before, you can check the puppies’ availability in prompt delivery in the PUPPIES section of our website and if there are any available you can directly proceed to the purchase following the online procedure; otherwise, you can reserve it in the RESERVATIONS section.

If you wish, Exotic Bulldog House personally delivers the puppies to their future owners all over Italy (including the Isles) with a previous reimbursement of expenses. For the international deliveries, instead, the dog will be shipped through specially authorized forwarders suitable for animal transport in conditions considered of absolute excellence, while in case of a neighboring country of Italy it can also be delivered personally. If you choose a shipping and not withdrawal in person, contact us for an exact quotation about your shipping place.

Otherwise, we wait for you in person on our wonderful breeding farm for the withdrawal.

Approximate cost for the shipping of a puppy:

• Shipping in Italy short-medium distance (150 – 350 euros) by car
• Shipping in Italy medium-long distance (350 – 750 euros) by train or car 
• Shipping in Europe (450 – 950 euros) by airplane or train or car   
• Intercontinental shipping (850 – 1450 euros)

Each one of our puppies is given well socialized for its age and with the first knowledge of its name and some basic commands (in compliance with its young age at the moment of the adoption).

If you wish for special treatment, we offer the possibility to purchase your puppy already trained by us and by our expert canine trainer, thanks to out “Obedience Training” program. In this case, the puppy will be given from the sixth/seventh month of age, already mastering a series of commands, with an additional expense of 1.200 euros. You will also follow the evolution of the training through weekly videos and pictures.

As you can see on the PUPPIES page, all the puppies e give away are wonderful, the prices usually start from 2000 euros and can reach 4000 euros depending on the color, spots, conformation, availability of the period, uniqueness, etc. (both for males and females).

We specify that ALL the puppies we give are healthy, extraordinary and fantastic!

About the RESERVATIONS, the difference in price is only based on the reservation order if you have specific requests about the color or anything else, we invite you to reserve one of the first choices. Even in this case the prices vary from 2000 euros (last choice, male or female) to 3500 – 4000 euros (first choice, male or female). We want to specify that the order of choice does not define the beauty of the puppy but simply the priority a buyer can have on the 35th day, the moment when you choose the puppy among all those from the litter at issue.

The number of puppies produced by our farm is very limited, to guarantee the prestige of the puppy and the quality of life (very high) of our dogs.

Excellent question! Our dogs are pampered daily with cuddles and attentions of every kind, such as long walks, playing with the ball, “pulling”, high jump and so much more.

As you can see, if you can’t come here in person, every dog has its own private park of about 300 square meters (the biggest one is of about 1000 square meters) in which it has all it needs and is free to run, sniff, socialize and explore the surrounding nature. Moreover, everything is located in a family run farm with a hazel forest of about 10 hectares, which represents the playground of choice for our wonderful friends.

Absolutely NOT! We will never stop repeating that a dog doesn’t need huge spaces to live you will have to take him for a walk every day, but the most important thing is the dedication in loving it and dedicating its time as an integral part of your family, which is fundamental!

As indicated in the “CONTACT US” section, our breeding farm Exotic Bulldog House is located in a rural area, exactly in Megliandino San Fidenzio (Borgo Veneto) 35040, in Via Coatta 10, province of Padova.
